Position: Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in executing the whole business transaction
• Produce contents for marketing and communication collaterals including press releases, brochures, eDM, website and Facebook fanpage
• Provide support to customer service and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation and reports

Requirement:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Marketing
  
• Minimum 1 year of working experience; Recent graduates will be considered
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop / AI
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese
• Able to work independent and detail-oriented with ability to handle multi-tasks
• Outgoing and good presentation and communication skills
• Candidates with more experience and outstanding track record will be considered as Marketing Executive
